My wife and I had an emergency. We had just switched insurance companies so they came out to do an inspection. After that they determined that we needed a new roof if we wanted to continue to have homeowners insurance. They gave us a limited amount of time to get a new roof installed or they were going to cancel our policy. We called several companies to get an estimate.  Nolan from  Topflight Roofing responded right away. He got us a quote that was very competitive with a few other companies. What sold us was his promptness and willingness to work with our very tight timeline. He communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our policy didn’t lapse. The Topflight crew was  professional and courteous while doing the work. I highly recommend TopFlight Roofing and the owner, Nolan! During a heavy rainstorm last month, I discovered a leak in my roof coming into my family room. I called TopFlight, and Nolan came out the exact same day to inspect it.
He was incredibly thorough and provided a detailed inspection report complete with pictures. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain all the issues in layman's terms so I actually understood what was going on.
I got three different estimates for the repair. TopFlight’s estimate was very reasonably priced. Furthermore, Nolan was completely upfront and honest about what was most urgent versus what could wait, and he clearly communicated what hidden issues he might encounter once they started digging into the repair. That kind of transparency is hard to find.
Ultimately, the roofing company that did the original installation finally stepped up, acknowledged their poor workmanship, and agreed to fix it. While I didn't end up hiring TopFlight for this specific job, they were absolutely my top choice, and I would have hired them in a heartbeat.

Recently used Topflight Roofing Co. for a full roof replacement, following wind damage. Nolan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking the lead on the insurance claim and meeting with the roof inspector. His quote was very competitive to others in the area, and the workmanship is beautiful! The crew did a great job cleaning up and leaving our property the way they found it. Top Flight roofing was a great company to deal with. Nolan  Zimmerman showed up with his A game and a plan to look over my roof and give me a estimate.  He was on time and shared a lot of information with me about my roof along with a  great estimate. Top Flight roofing is very knowledgeable in the field. I have used Nolan ( owner of TopFlight Roofing) for several projects to repair roof on my garage as well as home siding. He was very prompt and easy to communicate with.

He is local to Lititz area and a small business roofer who I can talk directly to and who is there for every project. Nolan has very fair quotes and even has ability to set up payments.
Honestly it is hard to find roofer that is reliable trustworthy and friendly on the wallet.

I hired Nolan for a few odd jobs on my roof. He went above and beyond to make sure the job got done right! I asked him to resecure a window shutter, and he noticed another one loose so he did that one as well. I also asked him to remove an old satellite dish and replace it with an antenna, and when the mounts didn't match sizes, he worked it until we had a solution.
